A country with lush and beautiful rolling green highlands, many people consider Ethiopia to be the birthplace of coffee. Here, one can find various coffee varieties that has existed and enjoyed for many a century. Historically, Ethiopan coffee has been sundried after picking; wet processing of the beans was introduced only in the 1970s. Ethiopian coffee beans are famous for having pleasantly acidic and sweet tasting coffee, with tones of fruits such as peach, apple, lime, etc. Drinking Ethiopian coffee means that you're drinking history itself.
